The FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 will be one of the most spectacular World Cups of all time and that's not just because of its competitive matches but also because of the fantastic technology employed.
Here are the five most important technologies to be used in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022
Cooling System
Seven of the eight stadiums where the 2022 Qatar World Cup takes place feature advanced cooling tech Thanks to this technology the atmosphere inside the stadium will be at the optimum temperature for both players and the audience.
A pipeline centre nearby transports chilled water to the stadium clod air will spread throughout the playing field and audience seating areas once the cold water enters the stadium.
This is the first time the audience and players have experienced such technology during a World Cup Stadium 974 is the only one without advanced cooling technology because it has natural ventilation and does not require cooling due to its proximity to the seaside.
Modular Stadium
Stadium 974 might disappear after the tournament because of its modular structure, it is entirely possible to disassemble Stadium 974.
In its construction, modular steel frames and cargo containers were used. The stadium's design is aesthetically pleasing and economical because it uses less material than a conventional stadium.
It also makes history because it was the first stadium in World Cup history to be completely demountable. Stadium 974 will host seven World Cup matches up to the round of 16.

AI Rihla Ball
The 2022 WorldCup's official playing ball, AI Rihla, is filled with cutting-edge technology. A linked ball system transmits real-time data about the match ball to VAR officials.
This technology is being used in conjunction with FIFA's new Semi-Automatic Offside technology. There is the brand-new Adidas Suspension System with motion sensors in the centre of the ball.
This is the first time such a futuristic ball has been used at a World Cup.
VAR System
In the 2022 World Cup, there are also technological innovations on the field. FIFA has previously announced that a semi-automatic offside technology will be used during the World Cup in Qatar.
This is a support tool to help referees make accurate fast and repeatable offside decisions throughout the tournament. There are 12 Surveillance cameras around the stadium for the upgraded VAR, apart from a sensor inside the new AI Rihla ball.
This technology provides an automatic offside warning to the Video Assistant Referee ( VAR ) there will be no need for long VAR replays to determine if a player is offside.
